ひとつひとつ丁寧に作成しておりますが、ハンドメイドのため、多少の色むらやダスト、気泡などが入ってしまう場合がございます。
チップサイズには、0.5mm〜1mm程度誤差がある場合がございます。サイズ選択にお困りの場合は、SIZING KITのご購入をお勧めいたします。
見積もり確定後、１週間以内にご入金頂けない場合、自動的に取引キャンセルとなります。振り込み期限にはくれぐれもご注意ください。
尚、いかなる理由においても、購入後のキャンセル・返品・交換・返金の対応は行っておりません。予めご了承ください。

2am.tips cannot be held responsible for incorrect measurements, therefore please ensure that you measure both hands and double-check the provided measurements before placing an order.
In case the payment deadline is not met, your order will be automatically canceled.
All orders are usually processed within 7 business days. However, if there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment, you will be notified via Instagram DM, or email.
Please note that 2am.tips is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages and therefore is not obliged to issue refunds or replacements for such orders.
Similarly, any customs or taxes applied to your order are your responsibility. All fees imposed during or after shipping, such as tariffs and taxes, must be paid by the customer.
If your package is returned or refused due to incorrect address information or unpaid taxes, it will be reshipped at your expense. Therefore, please ensure that all information provided in your delivery address is accurate.
